About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own technical SEO for replika.com, including crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, and internal linking
- Own App Store and Google Play ASO, including titles, subtitles, keyword fields, short descriptions, screenshots, preview videos, custom product pages, in-app events, listing experiments, and ratings
- Test app store listings and retain successful approaches
- Navigate App Review and Google Play guidelines to grow reach without risking releases
- Own GEO to make Replika cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews
- Track AI citations and descriptions, identify source material, and optimize Replika's pages, structured data, comparison lists, reviews, and community threads
- Plan and ship feature and comparison pages with the content writer
- Measure the performance of new pages
- Set the monthly roadmap, prioritize work, implement changes, and report results
- Grow organic revenue by 2% every month through June 2027 and continue compounding growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on SEO experience for a consumer product, with demonstrable results in traffic and revenue
- Strong technical SEO skills, including crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, and internal linking
- Ability to read a crawl, fix a template, and make changes in the CMS or codebase independently
- Proven GEO results, including increasing how often a brand is named and recommended in AI answers
- Proven ASO results on both the App Store and Google Play, including keyword and metadata optimization, ranking and install growth, and listing tests that improved conversion
- Experience across several localizations is ideal for ASO results
- Comfortable with Search Console, analytics, App Store Connect, Play Console, and an ASO tool such as AppTweak
- Ability to build independent reports
- Ability to shape strategy and implement it independently
- Excellent written English
- Able to work CET hours
