About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Account for purchased inventory
  • Process sports and season-ticket orders in the POS system
  • Research missing orders and resolve purchase-order discrepancies
  • Maintain ownership tags and inventory holds
  • Audit purchases and attach ticket PDFs
  • Verify seat disclosures and restrictions
  • Ensure inventory is approved and cleared for sale
  • Manage canceled purchases and sales
  • Address marketplace broadcasting issues and report processing blockers
  • Request, monitor, confirm, and match refunds for rescheduled, postponed, or canceled events
  • Communicate with brokers, marketplaces, and internal teams to investigate discrepancies and resolve concerns
  • Follow standard operating procedures and help update training materials
  • Recommend improvements to accuracy, processing speed, and efficiency
  • Handle assigned CSR calls for new purchases, account clarification, refund requests, account unlocking, and account management
  • Complete assigned calls promptly and accurately within required timeframes
  • Provide CSR support during sports and theatre seasons and other periods of business need
  • Follow Team Lead priorities and communicate issues early

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn company-specific systems and changing processes quickly
  • Basic Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Fast, accurate data entry and close attention to detail
  • Clear written communication and professional phone manner
  • Ability to handle CSR calls, clarify account questions, and work toward accurate resolutions
  • Strong organization and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Reliability, punctuality, initiative, and collaborative approach
  • Availability for overnight (graveyard) and rotating shifts
  • Flexibility for weekend work based on business needs
  • Previous data-entry experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with U.S. sports preferred but not required
