About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound seller consultations by phone and in person
  • Build trust, uncover homeowners’ circumstances and motivations, solve problems, handle objections, negotiate, and ask for the business
  • Work every viable seller opportunity through a clear outcome without premature disqualification
  • Learn company underwriting and offer structures
  • Financially evaluate opportunities, approve pricing within defined limits, submit offers, and negotiate contracts
  • Protect deal quality and homeowner relationships
  • Maintain accurate REsimpli CRM records and document conversations and next steps
  • Manage assigned opportunities from initial contact through contract
  • Participate in onboarding, RAMP sales training, daily roleplay, coaching, call reviews, KPI reviews, and sales development
  • Handle seller opportunities independently by phone and in person
  • Meet and exceed sales activity, conversion, follow-up, CRM, and deal-quality KPIs
  • Attend frequent in-home seller appointments throughout California’s Central Valley
  • Work scheduled evening and weekend lead-coverage rotations and appointments outside normal business hours when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of successful experience in a similar sales role, ideally high-ticket, in-home, or emotionally driven B2C sales
  • Documented history of exceeding targets
  • Strong discovery, creative problem-solving, objection handling, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication style to different homeowners
  • Assertive, curious, competitive, disciplined, coachable, and personally accountable
  • Comfortable with daily roleplay, call review, direct feedback, clear goals, weekly check-ins, autonomy, and accountability
  • Organized and able to maintain accurate REsimpli CRM records and follow-up
  • Comfortable closing by phone and in homeowners’ homes
  • Willing to work scheduled evening and weekend lead-coverage rotations and appointments outside normal business hours
  • Experience in windows/home improvement, RV or powersports sales, door-to-door sales, or another high-ticket consumer sales environment
  • Exceptional candidates from disciplined backgrounds such as law enforcement, military, emergency services, mediation, claims adjustment, or collegiate athletics may be considered
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Spanish ideal but not required
  • Willingness to perform field work, travel, and respond to seller availability
