About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and support complex software application issues experienced by end users
Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas for routine application configuration improvement projects
Diagnose and resolve complex software application issues escalated by other members of the software application team
Ensure accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users
Engage IT and business resources to resolve technical issues and support business processes
Coach and mentor newer or less experienced team members
Perform IT-related activities for projects supporting company priorities
Identify and recommend system modifications to reduce user issues
Document issues and resolutions using the incident tracking system
Communicate new support issues to the team, peers, and management
Document processes and procedures for training IT teams and end users

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of business systems analytical experience, including the ability to flow chart processes
2 years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience working with an off-shore development and QA team
Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals
2 - 4 years of experience with administrating and supporting end user applications
