About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a business partner with the local management team to manage the human resources function for assigned divisions
  • Administer staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs
  • Provide HR advice and consultation, including coaching and counseling on performance management and conflict management
  • Implement, disseminate, and monitor company policies, programs, and procedures
  • Maintain employee information, including compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate employment activities with division operations and corporate/area HR staff
  • Assist with employee complaint investigations and resolutions
  • Participate in local management staff meetings and influence personnel-related decisions
  • Identify training needs and develop and conduct training sessions
  • Perform or assist with HR-related audits
  • Implement succession planning and talent management plans
  • May oversee and direct other HR or administrative staff
  • Travel to multiple locations in and around the King of Prussia and Lehigh Valley areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager involved in all aspects of HR
  • Ability to impact and influence all levels of the Company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel by air, car and/or other modes of transportation up to 60% of the time
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites on a week-to-week basis, including locations in Pennsylvania and Clinton, New Jersey
