About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the promotional calendar across both brands
- Plan, design, build, and send promotional, product launch, and seasonal email campaigns
- Manage automated CRM flows, including welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, and win-back sequences
- Design polished, on-brand email templates
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging to improve engagement and conversion
- Report on email performance, including open rates, CTR, revenue per send, list growth, and deliverability
- Maintain email best practices for deliverability, accessibility, and dark mode rendering
- Write and publish SEO-optimised blog posts, buying guides, landing pages, and product copy
- Identify keyword opportunities and content gaps
- Create content suited to AI and LLM-powered search experiences
- Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush
- Coordinate email and content activity with the wider marketing calendar and paid campaigns
- Support the Growth Director with ad hoc tasks, competitor research, and reporting
- Ensure work aligns with Nectar and DreamCloud brand positioning
- Present regularly to key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in digital marketing within a fast-paced DTC, e-commerce, retail, or agency environment; sleep, home, or lifestyle sector experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email/CRM platform, including template design, segmentation, and automation; basic HTML/CSS a plus
- Strong copywriting skills and working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content planning; SEMrush experience and an interest in AI/LLM search a plus
- Understanding of how PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate connect with email and organic channels
- Comfortable with GA4 and Google Search Console; Shopify/Shopify Plus experience preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail across copy, design, and data
- Proactive adopter of new tools and technology
- Confident presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
- Self-motivated and organised, able to manage own workload remotely
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United Kingdom
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
