About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead regional business readiness, solution quality, deployment excellence and adoption for Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades and enhancements across the Americas
Connect global program direction with practical execution across the Americas
Partner with business and commercial teams to assess requirements, define process scenarios and acceptance criteria, and align regional priorities with the ERP roadmap
Lead business process assessments and sponsor simplification and standardization improvements
Resolve regional versus global process and solution trade-offs, escalating enterprise-level decisions with recommendations
Set the Americas testing and business-readiness approach within the global program framework
Oversee system integration, user acceptance, regression and other testing cycles, including defect triage, resolution, retesting and business sign-off
Establish regional readiness criteria and track actions, dependencies, risks, issues and deployment health
Develop and lead deployment, cutover, go-live and stabilization plans
Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training and change adoption
Connect global program leaders, regional business leaders, technology teams and commercial entities
Build common standards, reusable deployment playbooks and practices with regional counterparts
Monitor post-go-live performance, sponsor issue resolution and capture lessons learned
Identify and ideate AI-based solutions using ERP to improve regional process performance and employee productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Substantial experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment, testing or change execution, including complex regional or cross-regional delivery
Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and connections between commercial, customer service, finance, distribution and supply chain operations
Experience leading readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale technology or process change
Ability to use data, milestones and readiness measures to assess delivery health and support timely decisions
Clear written and verbal communication across functions, cultures, regions and time zones
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or a comparable enterprise ERP platform
A relevant program, project, testing or change management certification
Experience in regulated healthcare, medical devices or a similarly complex environment
