About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run the data foundation, dashboards and IBP data feed for the Top 10 EMEA Strategic Accounts
- Build pipelines from cluster CRM, ERP, order-billing, pricing and device-adherence systems into a common layer
- Reconcile differing system instances, currencies, fiscal calendars and product/customer codes
- Implement the governed Top-10 account hierarchy, survivorship rules and M&A re-parenting
- Build and maintain dimensional single-source-of-truth fact tables for revenue, units, resupply, pipeline and contracts
- Implement and validate strategic-account metrics including share of wallet, churn, gap-to-plan, forecast accuracy, price realisation and contract compliance
- Maintain data-quality monitoring, row-level security, GDPR controls, audit and lineage
- Build internal strategic-account and customer-facing performance dashboards, including external-sharing capability
- Build the extract mapping account demand plans and assumptions into the IBP structure
- Own monitoring, refreshes, change requests, new-account onboarding and hierarchy updates
- Work with the Intelligence, IBP & Value Lead, EMEA Strategic Account Manager, clusters, InfoSec and legal
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, analytics or a related field
- Solid experience as a BI / analytics / data engineer delivering end-to-end ingestion, modelling and dashboards
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills
- Hands-on expertise with a leading BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
- Experience integrating multi-source, multi-currency commercial data
- Entity-resolution / master-data experience an advantage
- Familiarity with data security and GDPR
- Experience with external-facing or customer dashboards a plus
- Experience supporting S&OP / IBP or finance data feeds is desirable
- Ability to own both the build and the run alone
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and comfort with messy, real-world data
- Ability to translate business specifications into robust, governed data products
- Strong attention to data quality and defensibility
- Collaborative approach and ability to work to a specify-then-build model with the Lead
