About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications, preferably in HighJump environments
  • Integrate WMS solutions with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle, and other enterprise applications
  • Partner with external vendors to connect automation systems and ensure reliable data exchange across platforms
  • Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance and drive continuous system improvements
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve defects across integrated environments
  • Collaborate with operations, IT teams, and third-party partners to deliver business-critical initiatives
  • Support implementation of best practices, standards, and governance for system development
  • Contribute to the evolution of warehouse and supply chain technology capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of WMS development experience, preferably with HighJump
  • Background working within supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environments
  • Knowledge of integrating WMS platforms with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
  • Understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integration patterns
  • Proficiency in SQL, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and vendor integrations
  • Knowledge of cloud-based WMS or TMS solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Exposure to automated deployments using GitHub and observability practices
