About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live
Ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met
Plan and coordinate resources to achieve project milestones
Facilitate project kickoff meetings and establish communication channels
Track and report project progress using project management tools such as Monday.com
Identify risks and blockers and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution
Maintain accurate project documentation
Collaborate with Implementation, Architecture, Product, and Support teams on customer onboarding
Contribute to delivery process improvements, playbook adoption, and playbook refinement
Monitor utilization rate, project margin, on-time delivery rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse customer segments
Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana
Proven risk management and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support teams
Strong documentation and process discipline
Track record of contributing to delivery playbooks and refining methodologies
Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master preferred
Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries preferred
Background in SaaS onboarding or customer success environments preferred
