About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the monthly close through reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
- Handle accounts receivable, including invoice follow-up, cash application, and aging
- Handle accounts payable, including vendor bills, approvals, and payment runs
- Resolve billing-related tickets from customers and internal teams
- Reconcile a sample AR ledger during the live interview exercise
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of accounting experience covering month-end closes, AR, and AP
- Experience at a SaaS or other high-growth company
- Hands-on experience with accounting and billing tools such as QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Must be open to working some overlapping hours with the Pacific Time team and customers
- CPA or CPA candidate (nice to have)
- Experience with usage-based billing (nice to have)
