About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising in the Fluency platform
Manage budgets, bids, search terms, audiences, creative, and inventory updates on a monthly rhythm
Own the largest dealer groups and most complex accounts
Lead monthly performance reviews and client conversations
Troubleshoot tracking, Tag Manager, GA4, inventory feeds, attribution, and account setup issues
Document fixes and maintain a team knowledge base
Onboard and train new Paid Media Specialists through their first 90 days
Communicate regularly with dealer principals, marketing directors, Client Success, and SEO teams
Prepare accurate monthly reports, maintain checklists, and pace budgets to plan
Monitor cost per lead, lead volume, return on ad spend, budget pacing, tracking and feed health, escalation resolution, new-hire ramp speed, and client retention

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, including advanced setup and troubleshooting
Automotive digital marketing experience: inventory feeds, Google Merchant Center, and model-level campaigns
Agency experience managing a multi-client portfolio, including large or high-touch accounts
Working proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking and attribution
Experience in the Fluency platform
Experience in the automotive industry
A plus: OEM co-op program experience, time spent training other paid media specialists, and Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or Microsoft Advertising certifications
