Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in basic computer applications
Ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
Schedule varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred
Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills preferred
