About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance

  • Follow the Monday-Friday schedule, including one 10am-7pm shift per week

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
  • Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
  • Availability for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with one shift 10am-7pm per week
