About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete onboarding and gain familiarity with enterprise systems and ongoing AI initiatives
- Provide feedback on the onboarding experience
- Build relationships across departments to understand business challenges and AI opportunities
- Gain an understanding of business operations and how AI can enhance productivity
- Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept for AI-powered features

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in enterprise AI applications
- Familiarity with popular LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or others
- Familiarity with Python, Next.JS, Docker, and full-stack technologies
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Proficiency in at least one programming language; JavaScript preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of business processes and enterprise software systems is a bonus
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to take on new challenges and learn new things
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
- Ability to communicate directly with customers and users and present work clearly and effectively
