About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks across the facility
- Help monitor ongoing projects and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines
- Ensure scheduled communications are sent accurately and on time
- Communicate with client families regarding updates, reminders, and follow-ups
- Support the case management team with record keeping, scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Keep files, trackers, shared documents, and records organised and up to date
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other activities
- Take ownership of smaller administrative projects and see them through to completion
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in administration, customer service, coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role is beneficial
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients, families, and colleagues
- Basic computer and administrative skills, including email, scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to assist where needed
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Required: Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Required: Email and calendar platforms

- Professional and well-spoken
