About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver assigned Professional Services projects as defined in a Scope of Work or written proposal
- Implement business software and provide workflow consulting
- Develop integration strategy, architecture, and design
- Provide technical and project leadership
- Develop, test, and implement application integrations
- Serve as a technical resource for support, sales, marketing, training, and product management teams
- Participate in product QA testing and feedback cycles
- Participate in Professional Services Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Contribute to education program curriculum development, content creation, training delivery, and certification evaluations
- Liaise between the sales accounts team and product end-users, communicating opportunities, risks, and customer satisfaction
- Embed AI into repeatable, systemized workflows for reporting, analysis, and planning
- Develop reusable prompts, templates, and simple automations combining AI with internal data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate or graduate degree in an IT or Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience of 5-10+ years
- Openness to adopting AI tools and continuously exploring ways to work smarter while maintaining quality, security, and ethical responsibility
