About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Rhapsody's day-to-day point of contact for key EHR vendor partners and other HIT partners
- Build trusted working relationships with partner counterparts across product, partnerships, and field sales teams
- Maintain joint account plans and engagement cadences for strategic partners
- Manage joint programs from kickoff to delivery, tracking milestones and removing blockers on both sides
- Work with Rhapsody Product to identify differentiated offerings combining partner platform capabilities with Rhapsody Axon
- Own joint technical workstreams including certifications, integration testing, roadmap alignment, and co-development milestones
- Bring partner roadmap changes and platform requirements back to Rhapsody Product as clear, prioritized input
- Equip sales and solutions engineering with partner positioning, battlecards, and joint value propositions
- Support marketplace listing enablement, referral pipelines, and field-level motions
- Support solution consulting, sales, and marketing teams cross-functionally
- Coordinate co-marketing activities with partner marketing teams, including joint content, webinars, and conference presence
- Represent Rhapsody at partner-hosted events and conferences such as Epic UGM and HIMSS
- Report partnership health, joint pipeline, and program status to Rhapsody leadership
- Embed AI into repeatable workflows for reporting, analysis, and planning
- Develop reusable AI prompts, templates, and simple automations using internal data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in partnerships, alliances, implementation, or another relationship-facing role is a plus
- Generalist skill set spanning relationship management, light technical work, and commercial enablement
- Strong ownership instinct
- Collaborative mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferably located in the Boston area, or willing to travel to Boston periodically
- Additional travel to partner sites and industry events expected
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience at an EHR vendor is a strong plus
- Experience in a partnerships, alliances, implementation, or customer-facing relationship role at a health tech or infrastructure company is a strong plus
- Working familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus
- Exposure to how AI or agentic products get built and sold is a strong plus
- Openness to adopting AI tools while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and ethical responsibility
