About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with long-term company goals
- Identify and implement process improvements across business functions to enhance efficiency and drive growth
- Conduct market research on market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead and manage high-impact projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
- Provide financial insights and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives
- Support business development by identifying and evaluating growth and expansion opportunities
- Take ownership of tasks and projects through successful completion
- Transform workflows to be AI-first by connecting tools, building scalable automations, and standardizing best practices
- Lead AI adoption by coaching others, identifying high-impact use cases, and balancing experimentation with governance and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or a related field
- Investment Banking or Private Equity experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and strategic analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to bring tasks and projects from start to finish, with a focus on execution
- Openness to adopting AI tools and continuously exploring ways to improve efficiency, innovation, quality, security, and ethical responsibility
