About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer on strategic initiatives
- Scout and secure new business opportunities in untapped markets
- Develop and articulate regional commercial strategies aligned with the overall brand proposition
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies covering affiliation, influencers, out-of-home, display, and social media
- Lead SEO strategy development with in-house and external agencies
- Own revenue generation and improve performance against key financial indicators
- Lead forecasting initiatives and set financial goals for current and prospective markets
- Research and create market-specific roadmaps supported by business cases
- Identify and present business development opportunities in current markets and new territories
- Lead, mentor, and expand Country Management teams
- Set the tone of voice for local promotions and oversee content management, copywriting, email, SMS, and VIP management
- Drive product improvement initiatives for players
- Maintain market knowledge covering regulatory updates, competitive analysis, and payment options
- Provide monthly performance and market reports to management
- Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong iGaming background & knowledge
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution in a commercial leadership role within a casino operator
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and revenue forecasting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams across diverse regions
- Innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape
