About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Marketing Managers and Brand Managers as part of the alcohol team
  • Support the coordination and execution of annual brand and customer marketing plans
  • Liaise with sales teams, graphic designers, agencies, and other parties
  • Manage day-to-day communication and ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time
  • Assist with day-to-day brand management activities for the Alcohol Portfolio team
  • Generate and collate brand assets
  • Assist commercial teams with brand requests and send product and brand information to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate executional elements of brand plans
  • Support experiential marketing activities with partner experiential agencies
  • Input into and prepare tactical PR and influencer plans
  • Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and monthly reports
  • Manage specific tactical consumer projects
  • Contribute to social strategy for the brand portfolio
  • Manage sample stock, POS orders, and logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
