About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximise distribution and visibility of the Richmond brand portfolio in retail and convenience accounts
  • Drive sales, volume and profitability
  • Complete direct orders for certain retail outlets and merchandise orders in store
  • Develop and manage relationships with store managers
  • Ensure head-office-agreed standards are maintained
  • Seek and act on local opportunities
  • Complete predetermined account visits according to the daily Journey Plan
  • Service and merchandise stores to a high standard, maximising facings for all brands
  • Work closely with the regional Business Developer to drive visibility and sales
  • Complete additional retail, convenience and forecourt account visits
  • Complete operational and auditing systems through an iPad, including DRIVE, E-commerce orders and Monday.com audits
  • Implement distribution agreements
  • Implement planograms and cooler relays when required
  • Place point-of-sale materials and displays in appropriate accounts
  • Manage coolers and stands
  • Build relationships with store managers and take ownership of accounts
  • Introduce new products not previously listed
  • Report relevant competitor activity
  • Achieve predetermined quarterly objectives and KPIs
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
