About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end registration process for newly registered participants
  • Contact new registrations promptly and collect participant information accurately and efficiently within agreed service levels
  • Conduct detailed telephone registrations and collect personal, medical and lifestyle information
  • Create complete participant profiles and record information accurately in the CRM system
  • Complete all mandatory fields and maintain accurate records of every interaction
  • Schedule callbacks where appropriate
  • Escalate safeguarding, medical or data quality concerns according to company procedures
  • Work with colleagues across Participant Acquisition to prepare completed registrations for handover to the Participant Matching Team
  • Communicate professionally, manage participant expectations and represent Richmond Pharmacology positively
  • Meet service levels, productivity targets and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or contact centre experience
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Maintain participant confidentiality and comply with GDPR, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures
