About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and improve clinical and operational workflows
  • Gather requirements from clinicians, department leaders, and business users
  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot healthcare applications (Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS, etc.)
  • Serve as liaison between end users, IT, and software vendors
  • Investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects
  • Develop and deliver user training
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations
  • Document workflows, system configurations, and support procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with healthcare applications such as Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, and PACS
  • SQL, Power BI, and Excel proficiency
