About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Utilize Customer Master and/or Oracle Item Master and Configurator modules to support National Coding and business requests
  • Analyze and solve problems related to Customer Master, Item Master, Oracle Configurator, and other systems
  • Organize, validate, and prepare files for electronic system updates
  • Learn and support the software, systems, and processes used by National Coding and Customer Master teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on problem-solving teams
  • Develop efficient procedures for using systems and software
  • Work with employees and leadership across business areas to obtain information supporting accurate data
  • Review coding data, correct processes, and ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze systems to identify concerns, corrective actions, and impacts on other business units
  • Apply documented processes to complete project tasks efficiently
  • Provide project management support and assist with analysis, planning, and execution of cross-functional projects
  • Process daily reports for National Coding and Customer Master team members
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is integrated into processes, decisions, and solutions
  • Assist the Manager in supporting the team mission
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 3 years of business experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Access, Excel, and Oracle skills required
  • Problem-solving and advanced analytical skills required
  • Strong teamwork skills required
  • Industry knowledge helpful
  • Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a business-to-business environment
  • 1 year of Project Management experience preferred
  • Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instructions
  • Ability to prepare, provide, and convey diversified information
  • Moderate dexterity and regular application of basic skills, including use of a calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination
