About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and configure multiple internal and customer-facing Salesforce orgs
Design and implement Salesforce flows
Develop and maintain multiple Experience Cloud sites
Support and advise team members on Salesforce configuration and development across projects and feature enhancements
Establish and implement change control and best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles/permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups
Prioritize, design, and facilitate implementation and adoption of new processes
Participate in final acceptance testing, verify functionality with stakeholders, and deploy new functionality to production
Provide training to internal users and clients
Write and manage technical documentation, including internal and external-facing knowledge base articles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate or College degree in a technical field
2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, support, and/or administration
Salesforce Administration Certifications
Experience deploying and managing 3rd-party integrations
Experience creating and maintaining complex Salesforce flows
Strong knowledge of Salesforce formulas
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available to travel to client sites within Canada and the US if required
Position requires minimum 3 day in-office attendance
Must answer whether work visa sponsorship will be required
Must have a valid Canadian Passport or B1B2 US Visa
