About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help implement solutions that ensure the monitoring, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain solutions used by operators to configure, validate, and ensure product traceability
- Contribute to the evolution of systems, data, and tools supporting manufacturing activities
- Identify opportunities to improve production operations by analyzing available information
- Work with developers to introduce new products, processes, and test systems
- Participate in code reviews and help establish software development best practices
- Report, take ownership of, and resolve production issues, including documentation, technical investigation, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Contribute to the evolution of data collection, analysis, and visualization systems
- Collaborate with production, quality, technical support, and engineering teams
- Propose and develop technology solutions that improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5 to 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience using Git and standard software development tools
- Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of web development and REST APIs (Bootstrap, FastAPI, Flask)
- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience with Grafana, Power BI, or other data analytics tools
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to work in a distributed team environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical, data-driven, and fact-based approach
- Sound judgment and ability to prioritize
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good command of both French and English
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5 to 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
