Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to inquiries in second-level support for users and prospective customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiasm for the freight forwarding industry, particularly ocean freight
Enjoy working in an agile team
Ideally, professional experience at a freight forwarding company specializing in ocean freight
Ideally, professional experience in customer service and customer-facing roles
As a digital native, willingness to engage with software development
