About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer all US benefits programs, audits and filing requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve escalations
- Manage external vendor relationships and vendor performance
- Deliver and coordinate open enrollment activities
- Lead wellness initiatives for US and global employees
- Administer leave of absence and workers’ compensation processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA and state-specific leave requirements
- Conduct audits, verify invoices and coordinate with the insurance broker on escalated issues
- Identify opportunities to improve benefits administration and communication
- Create and maintain benefits process documentation
- Assist with implementing US and international benefit plans and programs in collaboration with Legal
- Research and prepare ad hoc reports, compile metrics and assist with financial reporting
- Support Total Rewards projects and initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- 3-5 years of demonstrated US benefits experience
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits programs/plans and Leave of Absence
- International benefits experience across multiple countries (EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada) preferred
- Experience with Workday HRIS system preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong customer service, presentation and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee information
- Ability to interface with all levels internally and externally
