About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day agency management across paid search, display/programmatic, paid social, and affiliate channels
- Monitor and optimize performance across the marketing and enrollment funnel, including engagement, lead, application, and enrollment metrics
- Track and analyze KPIs to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Support paid media strategy and execution across 10–12 small/medium university partner accounts
- Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage quarterly and annual media budgets
- Monitor media spend and pacing
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the integrated marketing team, agency, and ad platforms
- Serve as point of contact for assigned partners and internal teams
- Communicate performance updates, strategy shifts, and optimization opportunities
- Act as a subject matter resource for paid media best practices
- Achieve annual lead, application, and enrollment goals; meet LTV:CAC targets; and spend quarterly budgets within +/- 3% of goal
- Expand full-funnel marketing strategies, including paid social and video, and decrease year-over-year CPA
- Automate, consolidate, and standardize processes where possible
- Establish and follow clear work plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- Combined 3–5 years of Higher Education paid media experience at the Media Manager and/or Media Specialist level
- Interest in and enthusiasm for the Higher Education industry
- Positive collaborative attitude and sense of teamwork
- Ability to solve problems and work mostly independently
- Ability to hit required deadlines and demonstrate flexibility as partner and organization priorities evolve
- Data-driven business orientation to define KPIs, build business cases and quantify value of projects (great to have)
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field (great to have)
