About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream, including annual and quarterly priorities, operating plans, performance measures, and execution against business objectives.
  • Develop and manage integrated employer go-to-market plans across campaigns, field marketing, conferences, events, thought leadership, executive engagement, content, and sales enablement.
  • Determine employer marketing priorities and recommend resource allocation based on research, field intelligence, pipeline needs, market opportunity, and growth priorities.
  • Define employer audiences, priority decision-makers, workforce challenges, value propositions, proof points, and calls to action.
  • Establish operating rhythms, calendars, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies, performance reporting, and optimization processes.
  • Own marketing activation for priority healthcare employer pursuits.
  • Set governance standards for employer-facing content and sales enablement.
  • Lead employer-facing content development across campaigns, executive briefs, presentations, proposals, case studies, thought leadership, web content, social media, webinars, and related channels.
  • Own conference and engagement marketing, including activation plans, messaging, presentations, collateral, lead capture, executive engagement, and post-event follow-through.
  • Lead Healthcare Employer Research and Insights and synthesize intelligence into go-to-market, deal development, messaging, and solution recommendations.
  • Partner with Healthcare Workforce Partnerships and Business Development leaders on priority employer opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams across Healthcare Solutions, Business Development, Product, Academic Strategy, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, opportunity briefs, content calendars, decision logs, campaign reporting, and operating tools.
  • Translate healthcare workforce solutions into clear employer-relevant positioning and messaging.
  • Measure and optimize employer engagement, qualified leads, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, content adoption, and partnership outcomes.
  • Maintain a governed library of research, source materials, employer-facing assets, presentations, proof points, and reusable resources.
  • Exercise independent judgment, resolve execution issues, manage competing priorities, escalate material risks, and ensure reliable delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Six or more years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, business development enablement, healthcare, workforce development, communications, operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare, workforce, product, and business concepts into compelling employer-facing content.
  • Experience independently owning a substantial B2B marketing, go-to-market, field marketing, employer engagement, or comparable business workstream with accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional workstreams and drive execution across matrixed teams without direct authority.
  • Strong research, analytical, and commercial judgment.
  • Ability to translate market intelligence, employer needs, workforce trends, pipeline signals, and performance data into priorities, decisions, and practical recommendations.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, identify and resolve risks, and move work from planning through measurable execution.
  • Experience working with hospitals, health systems, healthcare employers, workforce leaders, HR leaders, clinical education leaders, or healthcare executive audiences is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare workforce development, nursing, allied health, medical imaging, behavioral health, apprenticeships, train-to-hire models, employee education benefits, or talent pipeline solutions is preferred.
  • Experience developing content for conferences, executive events, email campaigns, social media, websites, webinars, thought leadership, and enterprise sales pursuits is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Brand, Product, Marketing, Business Development, and senior leaders in a matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining content libraries, research repositories, campaign calendars, dashboards, or sales enablement systems in a distributed or remote environment is preferred.
