About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and process transactions in accordance with established procedures and internal requirements
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and verify user information
  • Monitor user data on a daily basis to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, internal rules, and platform Terms of Use
  • Identify, analyze, and investigate suspicious activity and potential fraudulent transactions
  • Document the results of checks, investigations, and identified violations in internal systems
  • Promptly escalate complex, unusual, or suspicious cases to the relevant teams
  • Meet established KPIs and comply with SLA requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Risk, Anti-Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Support, KYC, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of fraud detection principles and risk assessment
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to data verification
  • Ability to make decisions based on available information and predefined criteria
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Confident basic-level proficiency in Google Sheets
