About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Review existing reporting solutions, identify limitations, and propose improvements
- Build and automate reporting for business planning, budgeting, and P&L together with Finance and business stakeholders
- Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
- Create dashboards and reports for tracking key business and product metrics
- Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards
- Investigate reporting issues and discrepancies and help identify solutions
- Own tasks end to end, from understanding the business request to delivering the final result
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions
- Experience working with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results
- Strong analytical and system thinking
- Proactivity, ownership, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with tasks where there is no ready-made solution or detailed instruction
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
- Experience with business planning, budgeting, P&L, or financial models (nice to have)
- Experience working closely with Finance teams (nice to have)
