About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform inspections for all multi-channel products
- Use the iInspector application to collect information and capture quality images for various equipment and inspection types
- Coordinate and/or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspection
- Create strategic routes to improve efficiency for remote inspections
- Select the proper inspection checklist for unique equipment types
- Assess equipment condition and provide thorough descriptive information
- Action inspection type upgrades or downgrades when warranted
- Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues
- Resolve technical concerns related to the iInspector app and inspection content processing
- Organize daily tasks for effective sale processing of multichannel products
- Act as lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales
- Mentor junior-level inspectors
- Support auction day activities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Interact daily with Inspection Liaisons and regional inspectors to prioritize workflow in a team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in a related equipment industry environment
- Field office and outdoor work environment
- Proficient equipment operator experience
- Comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types
- Reliable internet connection
- Suitable workspace to perform job responsibilities effectively
- Ability to professionally communicate with sales staff and external customers
