About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform inspections for all multi-channel products
Use the iInspector application to complete inspections and capture quality images
Coordinate or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspection
Create strategic routes to improve efficiency for remote inspections
Select appropriate inspection checklists for unique equipment types
Assess equipment condition and provide thorough descriptions
Upgrade or downgrade inspection types when warranted by equipment condition
Resolve equipment identification, readiness, and iInspector technical issues
Organize daily tasks to support effective sale processing for multichannel products
Act as lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales
Mentor junior-level inspectors
Support auction day activities as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in a related equipment industry environment
Proficient equipment operator experience
Comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types
Ability to use the iInspector application
Ability to professionally communicate with sales staff and external customers
Ability to work in a field office and outdoor work environment
Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
Ideally reside within a 50-mile radius of Odessa, TX
