About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design/Manage implementation of overall product and service integration architecture
- Prioritize/Manage development effort required in order to fulfill product feature requests in a timely manner
- Define/Design architecture/solutions, working with enterprise architects and the Manager, Software Engineering in order to create scalable/robust web applications
- Create technical specifications and test plans
- Consistently write, translate, and code automation scripts to test, maintain, and monitor solutions
- Work with the DevOps to transition software into a production environment
- Lead the team supporting and enhancing the code base for company administrative and reporting tools
- Lead implementation of the full stack web experience and technical vision with UX/UI
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Lead, coach and train a team of full stack developers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years of enterprise web development experience, 3 years’ experience leading teams of software developers
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology stack
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
- Strong in-depth experience in SQL performance tuning
- Hands on experience with all layers of the development stack, including Java EE backend and Angular frontend
- Ability to articulate and explain technical solutions to stakeholders
