About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers
- Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale
- Maintain current knowledge of title and salvage laws and regulations
- Provide customer service and support through mail, email, telephone, and direct personal contact
- Review and enter title work for customers
- Complete applications to transfer title ownership
- Enter title information into the IAA operating system
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests
- Resolve problems encountered in transferring title ownership
- Perform word processing, filing, and related clerical duties
- Follow established procedures under close direction of a supervisor
- Assist with other office functions as needed
- Report company policy violations to a supervisor or manager
- Protect confidential customer information and follow records retention policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years State/National title processing experience
- Previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements
- Experience maintaining customer databases
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Typical Field Office Environment
