About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the post-sales side of Vortexa’s revenue engine.
  • Design and run expansion, upsell and renewal-risk signal frameworks using product usage, conversation insights, customer health data and Salesforce contract data.
  • Build customer-intelligence automations and define escalation paths for account risk.
  • Own entitlement accuracy across Salesforce, CPQ and product access.
  • Ensure downgrades, churn and offboarding are handled cleanly and on time.
  • Design, document and continuously improve post-sales playbooks for onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership on onboarding, engagement, adoption, retention, time-to-value tracking and health scoring.
  • Run the renewals operating rhythm with Customer Success and Finance, including pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy and on-time renewals.
  • Administer Salesforce CPQ for renewals, amendments and upsells; own compliance with standard policies.
  • Own post-sales systems architecture and data flows across Salesforce, CPQ, Customer Success Platforms, product usage and engagement tools.
  • Apply AI tooling to automate analysis, accelerate insight and reduce manual administration.
  • Work with enablement to deliver systems, process and playbook content to Account Managers and CSMs.
  • Own book-of-business allocation for Account Managers and CSMs, coordinating with Sales Operations on coverage and territory design.
  • Report on post-sales KPIs including gross and net revenue retention, renewal rates, expansion pipeline and health trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CS Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with meaningful exposure to post-sales motions.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including Salesforce CPQ knowledge as a bonus.
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms and other key CS tech stack tools.
  • Track record of building automations, health scores or signal frameworks that changed how a team acted.
  • Strong grasp of subscription mechanics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, renewals, amendments and co-terming.
  • Practical AI proficiency; comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot to build workflows, analyse data and automate repetitive work.
  • Ability to translate between Sales, CS and Finance and earn trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Structured, proactive approach to identifying gaps, designing fixes and shipping solutions.
  • Experience bridging Sales Ops and CS Ops in a single role or working on both sides of the handover is advantageous.
  • Salesforce Admin or CPQ certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake or Zapier is advantageous.
  • Interest or experience in the energy, freight, commodities, data or analytics sectors is advantageous.
