About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a variety of financial applications on multiple platforms
Manage projects, troubleshoot issues, analyze and manipulate data, and perform programming
Maintain application tables
Develop and execute test plans
Prepare and maintain documentation
Assist in financial system audits and maintain controls and documentation for compliance
Ensure implemented software and modifications are tested, customer-approved, communicated to affected users, and implemented with minimal problems and delays
Gather and document functional and technical report requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
Create and maintain Workday security roles
Evaluate and manage relationships between security roles, business process definitions, and data objects
Collaborate with end users to configure and implement new features and system changes
Maintain the Financial team ticketing system and ensure timely responses

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or another related field (Preferred)
1 year experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, Kronos, or Hyland OnBase (Preferred)
1 year technical experience with relational databases, SQL, SQLPlus, Access, Excel, Word, Unix, Java, scripting languages, Crystal Reporting, Python, JSON, or Oracle database administration (Preferred)
Strong communication and technical skills
Ability to work well with all team members and customers
Ability to quickly learn and understand customer business needs and processes
Ability to determine whether a solution is a process issue or a technical solution requiring automation
