About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop positioning and sales enablement materials to support the sales team in achieving the revenue growth goal
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to understand each product’s market position and growth opportunities
  • Create and deliver sales enablement tools, including pitch decks and one-pagers
  • Collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights from key accounts to inform and validate messaging strategies
  • Craft and regularly update messaging and positioning strategies in line with market demands
  • Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies to reduce churn
  • Partner with campaign marketing to enhance customer communications and engagement campaigns
  • Work with product managers to develop go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches
  • Build strategic campaign messaging and assets to increase marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) year over year
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership strategies for Multi-lingual Learners (ML)
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership strategies for Riverside’s Behavioral & Mental Health (BMH) portfolio, including DESSA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in product marketing, including at least 1+ year within the K-12 Education market
  • Proven ability to synthesize market research into cross-team, actionable insights
  • Experience coordinating and communicating between multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization
  • Exceptional writing skills, including attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure
  • Experience in the K-12 education field, with a focus on crafting resonant messaging for key buyer personas
  • Experience with Assessments strongly preferred
  • Experience with behavioral, social-emotional, or mental health (BMH) assessments (e.g., DESSA) strongly preferred
  • Remote
  • Up to 15% travel for off-site team meetings
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
