About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the account team in serving client needs and ensuring a positive client experience
  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Participate in and help document notes from client meetings and calls
  • Monitor client satisfaction and flag issues or opportunities to the account lead
  • Coordinate fulfillment of digital projects across creative, data, technology, media delivery, organic social, SEO, marketing science, and direct mail teams
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with Pod Managers
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates
  • Support execution and monitoring of email, digital media, conversion rate optimization, and texting programs
  • Pull and compile performance data from platforms and internal reporting tools
  • Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities in program performance
  • Assist in developing strategy documents, budget trackers, and projection models
  • Analyze reports and contribute observations and recommendations under senior team direction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or a related discipline; internships may count
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social) preferred
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-service environment
  • No sponsorships available for this position
