About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement direct mail acquisition list plans for assigned clients
  • Oversee assigned client budgets and detailed mail plans to optimize new donor goals
  • Manage merge purge strategy and collaborate with internal data teams on merge purge and output files
  • Prepare results reporting and analysis for client meetings
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis requested by clients
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with external vendors and internal teams, including list brokers, client partners, data, and analytics teams
  • Provide client communication for results reporting and status updates
  • Ensure job schedules and deliverables are on time and meet client budgets
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in acquisition strategy during internal and client planning and status meetings
  • Lead communication across agency teams concerning acquisition planning, execution, merge purge, and analysis
  • Manage multiple projects and keep deliverables on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years’ experience preferred in nonprofit list planning/brokerage or related industry experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront preferred
  • No sponsorships available for this position
