About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform DOT and non-DOT urine, hair follicle, oral fluid, breath alcohol (BAT/STT), and instant point-of-collection (POCT) tests
- Maintain chain-of-custody protocols
- Manage MRO safety concern notices
- Track clock letters
- Follow up on missing or delayed lab results
- Handle test scheduling for pre-employment and random screenings
- Order, track, and manage testing supplies, chain of custody forms (CCFs), and equipment serial numbers
- Utilize DISA and FormFox to manage testing events and document collections
- Maintain secure electronic records
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Global Substance Prevention Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- DOT-qualified Urine Specimen Collector under 49 CFR Part 40 (required)
- Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and/or Screening Test Technician (STT) (required)
- Strong working knowledge of DOT 49 CFR Part 40
- Experience with DISA and FormFox
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Ability to commute to Houston, TX 77002
- Preferred: Experience in regulated/safety-sensitive environments, occupational health support, or multi-site collections
