About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for offshore and field-based positions from sourcing and screening through offer, credential collection and onboarding
- Recruit offshore personnel against live client requirements
- Identify quality candidates through targeted outreach, job boards, online databases and social media
- Build and maintain strong talent pools
- Screen candidates for relevant experience, technical competency, availability, certifications, medicals and mobilisation requirements
- Conduct interviews assessing suitability, interest, qualifications and compensation expectations
- Maintain regular candidate communication and provide a professional, responsive candidate experience
- Work with Project Managers, hiring managers and operational teams to understand requirements and provide recruitment updates
- Maintain accurate candidate, vacancy and requisition records in the applicant tracking system
- Support offer preparation, background checks, onboarding and new-hire documentation
- Develop trusted relationships with offshore personnel and maintain an active network for future assignments
- Contribute to recruitment strategy, process improvements and project kick-off meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in offshore recruitment
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding
- Strong understanding of the urgency and operational demands involved in supplying personnel to offshore projects
- Knowledge of offshore training, certification, competency and mobilisation requirements
- Strong candidate sourcing, networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple urgent vacancies and respond effectively to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and record-management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems
- Experience with ClearCompany ATS would be advantageous
- Proactive, customer-focused approach and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
