Identify and propose business opportunities by assessing the market and building strategic relationships to grow the solutions portfolio
Participate in strategic meetings with partner institutions and explore opportunities for cooperation
Listen to, question, and validate requirements to ensure a clear understanding of needs
Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment and commitment during business development activities
Report potential clients, strategic initiatives, and opportunities to expand partnerships to the manager
Participate in business development events with prospective clients
Support the manager in guiding and mentoring the team
Gather client needs with internal teams, specialists, and external partners to propose customized solutions
Contribute to the design of services and products and prepare formalization documents
Identify and report constraints, risks, and limitations
Engage institutions and stakeholders in discussions about goals, solutions, and services
Organize strategic information for the development of new projects
Validate work plans, commercial proposals, executive schedules, and formalization documents
Participate in proofs of concept and pilots, collecting data and reporting results
Follow up on project formalization, organize documents, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance
Support communication with clients and partners regarding administrative procedures and deadlines
Assist with cost management, advances, and budget releases
Define strategic guidelines and align projects/programs with organizational objectives and client needs
Plan, monitor, and coordinate projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, costs, scope, and quality
Perform integrated management, including risks, procurement, stakeholders, and communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Information Technology Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated professional experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects and programs
Experience analyzing and structuring requirements for the development of ICT solution and project proposals
Experience gathering and understanding internal or external client needs, focusing on requirements identification and the proposal of technology solutions or ICT services
Experience preparing technical documents and structured proposals, such as work plans, terms of reference, budgets, or functional specifications
Experience collaborating with clients and technical teams to understand needs and propose ICT solutions and projects
Experience coordinating the implementation of ICT projects, including managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and reporting on projects and programs
Experience delivering ICT services
Solid knowledge of the project management best practices described in the PMBOK, with experience applying them to ICT projects
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Ability to conduct market analysis and identify strategic ICT business opportunities
Demonstrated experience negotiating and establishing ICT collaborations or business arrangements
Experience identifying and developing business opportunities
Experience participating in meetings and discussions with clients and partners
Experience reviewing, organizing, and ensuring the compliance of technical and administrative documentation
Ability to structure formal proposal and contract processes, such as calls for proposals, terms of reference, and commercial agreements
Experience preparing and updating technical reports, KPIs, dashboards, and project pipeline management
Experience creating and adopting project management procedures, standards, and best practices
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Proficiency in MS Project
Experience with ERP systems, preferably TOTVS Protheus
Experience with SharePoint, MS Planner, and Trello
Fluency in Portuguese, with strong command of formal written Portuguese
Intermediate English
Preferred: experience analyzing technology trends and preparing strategic reports
Preferred: knowledge of business models and the Business Model Canvas
Preferred: practical knowledge of contracting ICT solutions in accordance with IN SGD/ME No. 94/2022 and Law No. 14,133/2021
Preferred: experience contracting with social organizations
Preferred: experience with design thinking, Lean Inception, and Lean Startup, including MVP development
