About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate paid social-focused creative production logistics for Ro’s Body/weight loss pillar, including timelines, assets, vendors, and freelancers
- Support workflow management across Body paid social projects and track deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops
- Help oversee creative resource allocation in collaboration with Project Managers and the Associate Director, Creative Operations
- Perform quality control to ensure correct assets, copy, formats, specifications, and versions are approved and delivered
- Partner with Creative Directors, Marketing, and Growth teams on priorities, status updates, and feedback cycles
- Contribute to scalable processes and templates that improve efficiency and consistency
- Maintain project trackers, production calendars, reporting dashboards, and other workflow documentation
- Facilitate communication between teams and identify blockers early
- Report to the Associate Director, Creative Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8 years of relevant experience in creative project management, production coordination, or operations within an in-house creative or agency setting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong understanding of paid social creative workflows from briefing and concepting through production, review, approval, and launch
- Passion for paid social and performance creative
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams
- Comfortable managing spreadsheets, timelines, and budgets
- Strong working knowledge of Airtable, Figma, and G-Drive
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
