About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a liaison for clients after the sale has been completed by the Sales Representative
Work directly under the Move Coordinator Manager
Introduce yourself as a Moving Coordinator to already booked clients
Ensure sales contracts and appropriate sales documents are reviewed, understood, and signed
Serve as the primary client contact from booking through completion of the move
Collaborate with Sales Representatives on client-requested service and price changes
Modify and adjust moving services according to client needs
Confirm moving details, addresses, services, dates, and times before scheduled moves
Provide certificates of insurance for moving locations when applicable
Conduct move-day follow-ups for quality control
Conduct post-move follow-ups
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues before and during move days

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of experience managing logistics for clients, such as moving homes, travel, or related personal events requiring delicate attention
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the household goods moving and/or storage industry
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Computer savvy
