About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow a client base by marketing full-time placement solutions
  • Market to Technology leaders via telephone and video
  • Conduct in-person meetings with key decision makers
  • Participate in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s local business presence
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Technology degree preferred
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a Technology related field is preferred
  • Strong desire to build a career in business development using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
  • Combination of business development and account management skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of success
  • Competitive and self-motivated individual
