About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Frame product problems and understand human behavior through design research
- Conceptualize and prototype early ideas
- Help envision future “north star” directions
- Create high-resolution designs and workflows
- Drive meaningful product outcomes with Product and Engineering peers
- Collaborate and communicate design across multiple organizational functions
- Influence others and build consensus amid ambiguity
- Apply systems thinking to improve the entire user flow and ecosystem
- Advocate for and apply human-centered design practices within the product squad
Requirements
What you’ll need- High degree of craft in user research, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ability to create innovative end-to-end experiences across web and mobile channels
- Experience using analytics and user research to make decisions and iterate on products
- Experience working with, designing, or maintaining design systems
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Experience working with product management and engineering teams
- Experience leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios
