About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
  • Introduce services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
  • Expand utilization of services
  • Recruit, evaluate and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time client positions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local finance and accounting community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
  • CPA and/or MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business
